Should health, education and social care services for people with a disability aged 0 - 25 years join together to make one service?  What do you think?  Is it a good idea?  How could we do it?

• 16th July 2011, 9.30am - 12pm at Darwen Community Centre, Knott Street, Darwen
• 19th July 2011, 6pm-8.30pm at Newfield School, Old Bank Lane, Blackburn
