'Giving us a voice' - meeting in Preston on 16th November 2010

'Giving us a voice' is for people from a black or minority ethnic (BME) community who have a learning disability, and their families and carers.  Click here to see a leaflet about 'Giving us a voice'.  They are holding a meeting in Preston on 16th November 2010.  You can go to the meeting and tell people from social services and hospitals what help you need.  They will help you tell them what you need.  To book a place at the meeting you need to download and return this booking form.
